The Residence of Stone Ridge is on Park Avenue in Wolcott off Beach Street and is located behind Wells Fargo Bank. The Town of Wolcott is nestled between the cities of Bristol and Waterbury. This complex is owned by Tim and Lynne Bobroske. Each unit is equipped with stainless steel stoves and refrigerators. In addition, all units have decks and porches.

There are several different layouts to choose from and all rents range from $ 1650 to $2250. Unit rental depends on the size of the unit.
